Truly large and comfortable property perfect for a big family. We were in town for a family birthday get-together. My husband & I along with 5 adult kids and 3 little grand kids were very happy with the space and layout. Would stay there again.

The property was perfect. Very Quiet lots of Room. It had everything we needed to Cook Relax and Enjoy Ourselves. Bedrooms were Fantastic stocked with Essentials and plenty of Space. Would Highly Recommend this Rental.

Ideal location for us in between Germantown and Cordova. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful setting in a lovely neighborhood. Having coffee on the back patio with the birds singing was like heaven.House is immaculate. Towels, linens are top notch. Highly recommend for large family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and space.

This was a wonderful property for our family of 12! The kids loved the theatre room, the foosball table, and the games. The kitchen was well-equipped. Mattresses were incredibly comfy and bedding was cozy! The house was immaculately clean! Quiet, secluded neighborhood, but still close to shopping and dining options. The host was VERY responsive to questions and very helpful with information. We will definitely book this house when we return to Memphis!

Gina and her family were absolutely wonderful guests. They were a large group with children, and we honestly could not believe how well they treated the property. They cared for our home with so much respect, left everything in great condition, and made the entire hosting experience very easy and pleasant. Communication was great, they followed the house rules, and we truly appreciate the way they stayed in our home. It is not always easy to host a larger group, but Gina and her family were exceptional. We are very grateful they chose to stay with us, and they are welcome back anytime they would like.
