This is the perfect rental home for a long stay or bigger family or friend group needing a central location in Austin. Stay 2 or 3 during our Renovations and are so happy with the house but the host is 100/100… so communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Such a cozy yet spacious property! Everything was as advertised, and check in was so smooth. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming- even had soft lights on and music playing when we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this host and all the incredible communication and support they give you from booking to check out. I love the no chore checkout, especially even though I naturally can’t help myself and the place is just the perfect size for a small family to stay long or short term. Best location in town can get to everything in 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants and things nearby heart of the city. Such an Austin bungalow highly recommend 100 out of 10.

10/10 recommend this charming Brentwood bungalow. Not only is it fairly spacious considering the neighborhood is known for smaller but charming homes, it's also decorated lovely, and has more than you could ever need for a short-term rental or vacation. Ping pong room for the kids, two living areas, a HUGE master bedroom with a gorgeous spa bathroom. A spacious and equally beautiful second bathroom and workable kitchen. The fenced back yard had a few gaps when we arrived, but the host bent over backwards to secure the fence within a few hours the next morning for our dogs. Kai has continued to communicate and check in to make sure we are comfortable and have all we need. I highly recommend this home, and Kai as a host. She has lots of rentals - so I imagine anything in her property list is fantastic. PS: We rented back to back chunks to be able to secure this charming place as long as possible during our local home renovation. Only wish we'd found it sooner to be able to book it for the entire time we needed a place. Pet friendly, perfect location in Austin.
