Blue Ribbon Bend is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Blue Ribbon Bend is a private oasis reserved just for our guests. Spread out and enjoy the entire property. Please note, the basement is reserved for owner storage and not accessible to guests.

Enjoy private river access, mountain views and fresh air. Blue Ribbon Bend comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary queen bedroom features an attached bathroom and walk-in closet, while the neighboring bunk room is equipped with a bunk bed (single and double) and pull-out trundle. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional space for larger groups. The spacious living room flows into the dining area, offering plenty of space for family game nights or streaming your favorite movie. Whip up a home-cooked meal or grill local steaks in the fully equipped kitchen.

Relax in the detached sunroom, complete with yoga mats for sunrise stretching, a cozy couch to curl up with a book, or unwind in the sauna after a day of adventure. Spread out across the property for fishing and river time, roast s’mores around the fire pit, or enjoy a game in the yard.

Just 5 minutes from downtown Livingston for groceries, dining, shops and art galleries, Blue Ribbon Bend offers easy access to the best of the region. Head west to Bozeman and Bridger Bowl Ski Area, or drive south through Paradise Valley for outdoor adventures, dining and hot springs. Follow the Yellowstone River through scenic Yankee Jim Canyon to Gardiner and the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, just 45 minutes away. Walk nearby river paths or cross Carter’s Bridge for fishing, boating and relaxing along the Yellowstone River.

PETS: Blue Ribbon Bend does not allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA/ESA related damages.

RIVER SAFETY: Blue Ribbon Bend has direct access to the Yellowstone River. During the late spring and early summer months, the river may be high and the currents strong. Please supervise children when near the water at all times. Enter the river at your own risk.

FIRE SAFETY: Fire danger is high in our area! Please do not leave the outdoor fire pit unattended at any time and ensure the coals are fully out when finished. Please use best judgement and do not light an outdoor fire during high winds.
