Welcome to our modern 2 bed / 1 bath retreat—the perfect spot in the heart of the Short North. Situated just seconds away from High Street, you are truly steps from everything Columbus has to offer, including award-winning restaurants, vibrant bars, unique coffee shops, bakeries, and boutiques. Please note that our proximity to High Street means the area can get fairly loud and lively on weekend nights. We have provided sound machines but like to let guests know what to expect.

This charming home features historic hardwood floors, sleek granite countertops, and unique local art, highlighted by abundant natural light. The apartment provides everything you need to feel at home: the main floor hosts a comfortable primary bedroom with a Queen bed, while the second floor features a spacious bedroom with one comfortable Queen bed and ample closet space. Relax in the living area with a comfortable couch and Roku TV (streaming only, no cable) and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a microwave, toaster, cookware, and complimentary coffee. For your convenience, the renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower and is fully stocked with toiletries and fresh towels, and includes a Washer and Dryer.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that you please respect the following house rules:

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM daily. To ensure a peaceful and restful stay for all guests and our neighbors, we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. This includes avoiding loud music, yelling, and disruptive conversation. Quiet hours are strictly enforced, and repeated or egregious violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
No Smoking Inside: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy to ensure the comfort of our neighbors and guests.
Pets: We are happy to welcome one pet to accompany you on your stay. Please ensure you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
Parking: Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking marked with PK Signature Stays.
Respect Thy Neighbor: Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the designated garbage bins.
