Guest access
Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire estate. This includes the private dock, the 10,000 lb boat lift (please message us for operational instructions prior to arrival), the heated saltwater pool and spillover spa, the home theater, and all indoor living spaces.
Ample parking is available in the wide circular driveway. Please note the attached garage is reserved for housekeeping and owner use only. You will receive a unique, secure keyless entry code prior to your arrival for seamless, contact-free check-in.

BOATING & DOCK DISCLAIMER: The private dock and 10,000 lb boat lift are provided as a courtesy amenity. Use of the dock and boat lift is entirely at the guest's own risk. Guests must request operational instructions prior to use. The host assumes no liability for any injury, damage, or loss associated with the use of the dock, boat lift, or watercraft. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vessel is properly secured at all times. Please ensure your vessel does not exceed the 10,000 lb lift capacity.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For the safety and security of the property, the following exterior cameras are present: a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and an exterior security camera overlooking the dock area. No cameras are located inside the home. All cameras monitor exterior areas only.
POOL & SPILLOVER SPA HEATING: The heated saltwater pool and spillover spa can be heated for an additional daily fee, highly recommended during winter months. Please request heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the water is perfectly warm when you step through the door.
FAMILY FRIENDLY: Traveling with little ones? We provide a crib/pack-n-play and a high chair upon request to make packing lighter for parents. The bunk room is a hit with kids!
