This beautiful and modern house with pool is located in a quiet part of Pula, surrounded by greenery and offers its guests everything they need for a quality vacation.
The interiors are well equipped with modern furniture and spread over the first floor and the second floor, which are connected by an interior staircase. The living room with kitchen and dining room are designed as "open space" with a large sliding glass wall that leads to a covered terrace and sun deck with pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pine forest and the sea.
The outdoor areas delight with a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden that gives personality to the house. The ideal place for dining and socializing is the large covered terrace with garden table and chairs, next to which is a brick barbecue.
The house has a good location, because in 15 minutes walk through the forest and along the sea you can reach the Roman amphitheater and the city center of Pula. The nearest beaches can be reached in five to ten minutes by car.
Bicycles can be rented in agreement with the owner.
