Die Ausstattung sollte mit geringem Aufwand auf ein dem angezeigtem Niveau zu bringen sein.

Die Ausstattung sollte mit geringem Aufwand auf ein dem angezeigtem Niveau zu bringen sein. Geschirr- Besteck- und Gläserkonvolut sollte für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Personen ausgetauscht und ergänzt werden. Der Aufenthalt bzw. Frühstück vor der Wohnung waren wegen der billigen und teilweise defekten Ausstattung und dem kleinen Tisch nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Im Zimmer selbst war ein defektes Radio mit Weckfunktion. Auch die Bereitstellung von WLAN sollte überlegt werden. In der Unterkunftsbeschreibung sollte ein Hinweis zur Einfahrt in welche Tiefgarage und zum Erreichen des Stellplatzes eingearbeitet werden da die Adresse Wohnungsnummer und Stellplatznummer nicht auf Anhieb gefunden werden können und nur unmittelbar auf einem Schild in in der Einfahrt zum Hotel selbst zu sehen sind. Gleiches für die Lage des Müllraumes. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich auf unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet lediglich an Fenster und Spiegel waren leichte Mängel bzw. Handabdrücke von Kindern

Perfekte Lage

Top Lage, direkt im Zentrum und quasi am Strand an der Seebrücke. Alles schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und behindertengerecht. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und gut. Das Zubehör in der Küche wirkt etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Die Wohnung ist durch diese Erdgeschoss Lage recht dunkel. Die Terrasse kann auch an schlechten Tagen perfekt genutzt werden, da sie überdacht ist.
