Quiet and idyllic holiday home in the Eifel.



Welcome to this charming holiday home, which has four bedrooms and room for 6 people. The house is spread over two floors and is modern and attractively furnished. The heart of the house is the cosy living area with open-plan kitchen and sofa corner with TV, where you can relax with family or friends over a glass of wine after a long day's holiday. There are also 2 modern bathrooms at your disposal.



There are several covered outdoor terraces around the house, perfect for long days out in the fresh air. Spend quiet moments here reading or eating with family or friends.



The surrounding area offers a variety of excursion options: Visit the Gondorf Eifelpark, the Eifelzoo or many lakes and the maars nearby. The area is ideal for hiking, skiing or tobogganing, e.g. in the Wolfsschlucht or Zum Schwarzen Mann. A cycle path set up by the municipality is just a few metres away. In Bitburg you can go ice skating or visit the brewery. Gerolstein offers marvellous hiking trails.



The highly recommended Nimstal cycle path is a cycle route along the Eifel river Nims. It connects Weinsheim in the Prümer Kalkmulde, the source area of the Nims, with its confluence with the Prüm near Irrel. It thus forms a link in the Rhineland-Palatinate cycle route network between the Eifel-Ardennes Cycle Route and the Prümtal Cycle Route. Via the Prümtal cycle path, the Sûre Valley near Minden, on the German-Luxembourg border, can be reached after just a few kilometres. Most of the route is flat to slightly hilly and runs partly along a former railway line. The 24-kilometre Lasel Bitburg section has steep climbs and descents. The cycle path is a wonderful excursion idea for your holiday.

Prima huisje,schoon,netjes,alles was er eigenlijk. Wij misten alleen een magnetron.Aardige verhuurder. Enige minpuntje is dat de hond via de trap naar beneden moest om in de tuin te komen. Maar toen we verder keken,kon de hond ook via een hekje naast het huisje naar beneden,zo de tuin in. Wij waren met 2 personen en onze duitse herdermix. Het was super dat alles omheind was. Voor 6 personen groot genoeg.

Super schön gelegenes Haus in absoluter Natur mit viel Ruhe. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist ideal für Hunde und bietet auch viel Platz für den rest der Familie. Zwei sehr geräumige Unterstände bieten auch bei Regen die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet bequem für 6 Erwachsene Platz. Alle notwendigen Küchenhelfer sind vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder. Parkplatz ist am Haus für 3 Fahrzeuge
