Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for the kind words about our communication! We’re glad that part of your stay went smoothly. We’re sorry for the brief power outage during your stay — this was due to circumstances beyond our control, but we understand it affected your experience and we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to host you again for an even better stay in the future.

Thank you for staying with us, Becca, and for the kind words about the cleanliness, our communication and the easy check-in. Hot tub: The hot tub was on and working properly. Our previous guests had asked for a cooler temperature given the weather, so it was set lower when you arrived (80 outside temperature). We never received a call or message about it during your stay, and we would have gladly helped right away and it doesn’t take long to heat up. Mattresses: Our beds are memory foam, which most guests find comfortable rather than firm. We're sorry they weren't to your preference. Outdoor lighting: The backyard lights simply plug in. We appreciate the suggestion about sensor lighting and will look into it. Thank you again for taking such good care of the home.
