Excellent stay! The host had great communication and made everything easy from start to finish. I especially loved that events are welcomed, which made the space perfect for our needs. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

The hot tub was unable to be used during our stay which was the whole reason why we booked the property; the water was cloudy and the hot tub was not turned on. It took several hours to reach 80F and we gave up trying to use it around midnight. The house itself was spotless, communication great and accessing the property was easy. If you enjoy V E R Y firm mattresses, this is the place for you. If you prefer a softer mattress, you should plan on bringing a mattress topper. There is no access to the backyard directly from the house, but the gate is a short distance from the side door. The outdoor lighting is not on a sensor so plan on using a flashlight until you can plug in the lights in the backyard.

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Host addressed our concern right away even when it was after 9pm. Difficult to see the address at night but easy to pull into driveway even with a 15 passanger extended height van. Recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Charlotte.
