We could not find the key and waited over an hour to get in. Instead of coming to talk to us and help get us settled, the host just kept sending text messages. The bed was rumpled and looked slept in and had one small ratty looking blanket. The "shared kitchen" was not clean and the refrigerator was dirty. Then, there was someone living in the apartment.
