This is 2 - three bedroom 1 bathroom apartments within our town home. You will have access to both spacious and newly renovated units. Please note owner resides in 1 room.

As part of your stay, you`ll have access to the entire second floor apartment and renovated basement. The apartments will not be shared by others during your stay so you will have them all to yourself. This apartment sleeps 16 people comfortably.

There are the following amenities available to our guests:

- 2 Living Room: 2 - 55 inch smart TV, wifi access, 2 air mattress(sleeps 4)
- 2 Kitchens: toaster oven, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee pods
- 2 Bathroom: Bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and mirror
- Washer and dryer access in unit
- Semi-private outdoor space with seating area
- Split system air conditioners found in each room

We are located in the Brooklyn only 15 min from JFK and 20min from LGA. Only a 5 min walk to subway, 35 min subway ride to Manhattan and ample free parking in our area.

We are 5 min drive to Target, BJ`s Dave and Busters, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Home Depot, Best Buy etc... and 15 min from WholeFoods. Ask me about farmer`s markets.

Our guests have the whole space to themselves.

This is area is the up and coming neighborhood of East New York, Brooklyn. It is close to public transportation and you can be in the Manhattan within 30-40 minutes via subway. Downtown Brooklyn is not far as well. It is located 20 minutes away from John F. Kennedy Jr. Airport and Laguardia airport. Long Island is 20 minutes away as well. Many restaurants and stores are located in this neighborhood for those of you who like to eat, shop or both. There is a laundromat around the corner, but you won`t need it since there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
☆Parties are NOT allowed. You will be asked to leave if you have more guests than stated in the reservation in the home, and no refund will be issued.

☆Please remember that you are staying in our home. Please treat the space with respect.

☆Additional guest fee after 2 guests. Fully refundable security deposit required during automated check in and ID verification process.

☆ Please be advised that we DO NOT allow mail/package deliveries. We cannot be held responsible if a package is missing.

☆ No Vaping or smoking, will be fined $500 if any smell is detected.
