Die Einrichtung war richtig gut und gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Kaffeemaschine, Dunstabzugshaube, Herdschalter waren verschmiert. Im Bad müssten einige Ecken mehr gesäubert werden. Ausschlaggebend für die Nicht-Weiterempfehlung war jedoch der Geruch in der Wohnung! Es roch sehr stark nach "Plastik" oder verarbeiteten Stoffen?, als wenn irgendwas geklebt wurde oder renoviert? Jedenfalls sehr ungesund! Wenn das geändert werden kann, ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Schade, dass im Internet unter Bewertungen nur eine! Bewertung ist, die angeblich vom Gastgeber reingesetzt wurde und mit exzellent bezeichnet wurde Das haben wir nicht vorgefunden!

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm sauberes Appartement toller Blick auf die Ostsee. Leider war an der Promenade ein Baustelle die einzig gestört hat. Die Unterkunft würde volle punktzahl bekommen vorallem für Hundefreunde. Zum hundestrand sind es zwar ein kleines Stück aber ich gehe sowieso mit meiner Hündin spazieren. N8cht weit entfernt Laboe mit dem U -Boot auf dem Strand zur Besichtigung und ein sehr gutes Restaurant wo man gut Fisch essen kann. Aber in der nähe vom Appartementhotel gibt es einen sehr guten Italiener sehr gute Küche der lachs und auch Pizza und Pasta sind zu empfehlen und sehr Hundefreundlich. Fazit ich werde wieder kommen.

Fewo schönberg Holm

Schöne Lage und Aussicht. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, auch der Bus 🚌 ist vor der Tür. In der Fewo ist alles da. Ruhe und Erholung ist garantiert. Trotzdem nur 4 Sterne 🌟.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Check-in war wie abgesprochen super einfach, das Apartment war bestens vorbereitet und blitzsauber. Uns erwartete eine wirklich schöne, gemütliche und sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier wurde an alles gedacht

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der alles gegeben ist. Vom Toaster bis zur Waschmaschine.... Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist super. Blick auf das Meer u d 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
