The 42-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor (lift available) of the "Schleswig" building. The apartment is designed for two people. A child up to two years of age is also welcome. The apartment includes a bathroom (4.8 square metres), a combined living and sleeping area with an integrated kitchen, and a fully glassed-in loggia.
The kitchen has two hot plates and is fully equipped.
The tastefully furnished living and sleeping area (27.2 sqm) includes, among other things, a new 180x200 cm double bed and a TV on which you can also stream services like Netflix or media libraries.
Feel free to bring your dog. We charge an additional €30.00 per stay for your dog.
There are plenty of parking spaces available right near the apartment (uncovered, max. 150 m away).

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Ein wunderschönes Appartement, das Bade wurde wohl kürzlich renoviert. Alles da, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünscht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles intakt super sauber. Umgebung ist toll, auch im Winter.Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

wir haben unsere auszeit sehr genossen. dabei hat das appartement einen sehr großen anteil gehabt. sehr sauber, moderne einrichtung alles vorhanden, was man im sturm drinnen machen kann.

Toll zum Ausspannen
Ein wunderschöner Spätsommer-Kurzurlaub. Die Umgebung und die Ostsee sind einfach toll, um diese Zeit auch nicht mehr zu voll. Hervorragend geeignet um für einige Tage dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Das Appartment ist Klasse eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der zum Wintergarten umgebaute Balkon ist fantastisch, dort kann man toll mit einem Wein die Abendsonne genießen und entspannen.

Praktische Wohnung
Praktische, schmucke Wohnung für kürzere Aufenthalte, neuwertiger und moderner Zustand. Ruhige Lage und sehr sauber, dafür Daumen hoch. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man ev. benötigt. (Ich persönlich mag keine Kaffee-Filter-Maschine und habe meine eigene Kapselmaschine im Gepäck gehabt). Wir kommen wieder 👍👍

Angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in dieser Ferienanlage. Sie Wohnung war sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Etwas verwundert waren wir über unverhofft en Besuch, als auf einmal die Tür aufging und eine Dame uns erstaunt ansah und fragte, ob nicht schon am Vortag unsere Abreise geplant war. Vermutlich wollte sie die Wohnung für die nächsten Gäste in Ordnung bringen. Dieses Missverständnis konnte aber schnell geklärt werden.

Zwangsurlaub in Holm
Da unser Wohnblock saniert wird, mußten wir uns für 4 Wochen eine Ferienwohnung mieten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

Schönes sauberes Apartment
War ein sehr schönes und saubers Apartment und es war alles vor Ort was man brauchte. Ob Wasserkocher, Toaster oder Fön. Würde da immer wieder hin fahren und hatte ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee.
