Up to two people can spend their dream holiday on the Baltic Sea coast here for a reasonable price, complete with kilometres of panoramic views and the most beautiful sunsets over the sea.

This colourful holiday home features an open-concept layout with an open kitchen, a cosy double bed, a living-dining area with a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The secluded loggia invites you to linger; thanks to large windows that open fully, it can be transformed into a balcony and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, the salt marshes, the Kiel Fjord, and on some days even all the way to Eckernförde. The loggia faces west, so the apartment is bathed in sunlight from early afternoon until nightfall. The Baltic Sea beach is just a short 600-meter walk away through the salt marsh landscape.

The holiday apartment is located on the 17th floor and is fully accessible by lift (or stairs, if preferred). In the spacious entrance area of the building, there is a large common area with books to borrow and a place to socialise.
