Leave beds unmade if used- please do not strip beds. It is easier for us to stain treat when they are flat.
Set heat to 67 between the months of September- May. This prevents the pipes from freezing
Please gather all trash and place into trash cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately stressful due to multiple safety and maintenance issues that should be addressed immediately.- Plumbing and mold: The pipe under the bathroom sink was improperly installed, causing active leaks and visible mold growth. This is a health concern that requires urgent repair. - Bathroom safety: The toilet was not bolted securely to the floor, making it unstable and unsafe to use. - Appliances: The dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward when opened, posing a risk of injury. - General condition: There were numerous signs of neglect throughout the unit, including peeling paint, lack of trim and framing on bedroom door and chewed up trim on front door.- Cleanliness: Several areas showed water damage and mold, indicating long-term moisture issues that have not been addressed. Broken windows, no screens so you cant open them without letting in bugs.- Neighborhood safety: The surrounding area felt unsafe. We were approached multiple times by homeless individuals asking to use our phone, come inside to use the bathroom, or for cigarettes. One individual approached our teenage daughter directly, which made her feel extremely unsafe. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.
