UPSTAIRS KING RETREAT
King bed, 50” Smart TV, dual vanity bathroom, large soaking tub, walk-in closet, and blackout curtains. A genuinely elevated space to decompress after a long park day.

PRIVATE POOL
Step off the main floor straight into your own screened pool. Privacy walls, child safety fence, pool towels, outdoor seating and games

LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN
Designed to Recharge- an immersive 75” Smart TV with Roku and Google TV. Sliding doors open directly to the pool.

The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with everything you need — stainless steel appliances, full cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and prep tools. A 6-seat dining table plus a 4-stool breakfast bar with charging ports.

Coffee bar with Ninja coffee brewer, Electric gooseneck kettle, Keurig K-Café and starter pods included, so early park mornings are covered.
