Exklusives Alpenquartier

Warm welcome to the Alpine Quarter - Apartments and Holiday Homes in Uderns in the Zillertal. We are delighted that you would like to spend your vacation with us.

The Zillertal is considered one of the most attractive valleys and captivates with its beautiful landscape in the heart of the Alps. Our apartments and holiday homes are the ideal starting point to explore the front and middle Zillertal. The ski & hiking area Spieljoch in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes, and Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach is less than 10 minutes away by car.

In our house, there are 4 apartments for 6 or 7 people each. Our beautiful and well-maintained holiday homes, in a modern alpine style, offer space for the whole family and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. The ground-floor apartments have a large garden, and the upper-floor apartments invite you to linger with their spacious balconies.

We hope that you will feel at home with us and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable holiday in the Zillertal.

Liebe Marlies, eure Ferienwohnung ist echt spitze! Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt! Es war alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die durchdachten Details, wie zum Beispiel die "Notfallshop-Box und die Erste Hilfe-Box" im Bad, haben es ausgemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Alpenquartier und den Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank!

Mega Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber

Wir waren 14 Tage im Zillertal! Die Wohnung ist wirklich klasse! Genau wie auf den Bildern. Das ganze Haus ist super gepflegt und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war da und nach einer Woche hat uns die Gastgeberin unaufgefordert komplett neue Wäsche / Handtücher u.s.w. übergeben. Das nenne ich mal Service! Man muss eigentlich wirklich nichts mitbringen / uns fehlte nur ein Milchschäumer für den Cappuccino! ;-) Sonst ist wirklich alles da! Jederzeit wieder!!!! Verdiente 5 Sterne!!!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten im Februar diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung für einen Ski-Urlaub gemietet und waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (neun und zwölf Jahre) dort. Die Ferienwohnung ist tipptopp und gut überlegt ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und es fehlt absolut gar nichts - an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht. Die großzügige Terrasse konnten wir leider jetzt im Februar nicht nutzen, aber haben den Blick in die Berge genossen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es genügend Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Ausgangslage für Skifahren und Ausflüge ist perfekt. Marlies ist super nett und zuvorkommend, wir hatten einen sehr netten und unkomplizierten Umgang. Wenn wir mal wieder ins Zillertal fahren, werden wir bestimmt wieder hier buchen 😊. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Einfach nur super!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Uderns sehr genossen! Alles war einfach perfekt: Die Ferienwohnungen von Marlies und Andreas sind wunderschön, sehr modern und sehr hochwertig! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die beiden haben an alles gedacht. Die Leistung, die man hier erhält, ist jeden einzelnen Euro wert!

Tolle Wohnung

Es war super hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet, die netten Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Ausgangslage zu den umliegenden Skigebieten ist perfekt, auch Supermärkte sind in der direkten Umgebung.

Phantastische Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern (12 und 14) für eine Woche im August Gast in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst, die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern im Inserat, der Raumeindruck ist in der Realität eher noch großzügiger, auch der Balkon ist riesig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super, sie ist sehr nett, antwortet schnell und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn gewünscht. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man brauchen könnte, der Standard ist eher wie in einem sehr guten Hotel, als in einer Ferienwohung. Die komplette Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und auch einfach toll gemacht, außerdem ist es auch noch sehr sauber. Wenn unsere Wege wieder mal ins schöne Zillertal führen, buchen wir sicher wieder hier. Herzliche Grüße aus Hessen Barbara und Markus

Super schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. An alles wurde gedacht, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch inkl. Sehr sauber und absolut moderner Stil, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war einwandfrei auch Fragen über FeWo App wurden sehr schnell von Ihnen beantwortet. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft....gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne saubere Ferienwohnung
