From the entrance area, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and microwave and adjoining dining area. Continue into the living room, where the seating area invites you to relax or watch TV. From the living room you reach a small bedroom with a single bed. Also on the ground floor is another bedroom with a double bed. In combination with the bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also on the ground floor, the house offers senior-friendly facilities. There is a further double bedroom on the upper floor. The beautiful garden belonging to the house, on a plot totalling 850 m², offers plenty of space for playing or barbecuing or simply enjoying the sun in peace and quiet. And should the weather not play along, various shelters and roofed corners offer protection. There is ample parking space for bicycles and cars.
