The Space:

Living & Dining
The living room has a modern, open-concept layout that flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen area. A dark green tufted sofa sits against a light beige wall, paired with a tall floor lamp and a round, light wood coffee table on a neutral textured rug. Warm hardwood floors and abundant natural light create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.
The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs, including a refrigerator, coffee bar, and ample counter space.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangement:
- Bedroom 1: Front on main level. Has a full-size bed
- Bedroom 2: Back on main level. Has a queen-size bed
- Bedroom 3: Upper level (Primary bed). It has a king-size bed
- 1 Sofa downstairs in the Living room and 1 Sofa Upstairs in the flex room
Flex & Laundry Area
The second level includes a flexible space perfect for remote work or play. Laundry is conveniently stacked with the washer on the bottom and dryer on top.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home except the locked owner’s closet. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking nearby (please check street signs). Self-entry via electronic lock allows for smooth and easy check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet, residential area of Charlotte with tree-lined streets and historic homes. It’s just a short drive from Uptown, local shops, dining, and parks, offering a nice blend of calm neighborhood vibes and easy access to city amenities.
Other Things to Note:
**House Rules**
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of their reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
⚠️The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking:
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.
Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
