Welcome to your relaxing home in the beautiful resort-style community of Paseo. This fully furnished lakefront townhome offers peaceful fountain views, resort amenities, and exceptional comfort for extended stays. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered lanai overlooking the lake, spend the day enjoying the Paseo pools and amenities, and unwind at night in premium adjustable beds with built in massage. The Tiki Hut Bar at the main pool offers adult beverages and has great food! For the outdoor enthusiasts, Paseo has many great walking and hiking trails; and for when you need to leave the resort, Fort Myers beach is just 15 minutes away. There are hundreds of activities you can do and numerous bars and restaurants in the nearby Fort Myers area. This condo is the closest located near the Town Square with all the amenities.

Please note the HOA requires a minimum monthly rental of 29 nights / 30 days. Guests have full use of all community amenities and are required to fill out an HOA application 30 days prior to arrival and pay a $100 application fee (Can be expedited to 2 weeks for an additional fee). These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
No pets per HOA rules. No smoking inside or outside of the property. Bookings must begin on the first of the month unless agreed by owner.

I am originally from Cleveland Ohio. My wife and I used to visit the Naples 5th Ave area several times a year because we loved meeting new people and enjoyed all the activities they planned for the area. When we decided to find a place of our own we were introduced to the Paseo community after looking at 20 properties up the I75 corridor from Naples. We immediately fell in love with the vibe. That was in 2021 when we bought a vacation home for ourselves and another property to rent. I love shooting pool, playing pickleball, bicycling, going for walks through the community or just hanging out at the pool. Weekends are always filled with entertaining musicians, bands or DJs.

Why they chose this property

Paseo is a community that has a vibrant social life with too many activities and amenities to list. Many people who have booked as a guest decide to become a resident afterwards. There are people of all ages and they are very friendly. The weekly scheduled entertainment is a great way to enjoy an evening without ever having to leave the premises.

What makes this property unique

My rental unit is located only a few hundred feet from the Town Square where there are so many amenities to enjoy from the clover shaped pool, lap pool, bistro, pool hall, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts to the fitness center, library and movie theater. Across the street from the unit is a beautiful lake with a fountain and a gazebo with a nice view of the wonderfully landscaped pool area. I have tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible with adjustable beds with upper and lower body massage features and a 75 inch TV in the main room.
