Wohnung Maxi Kellenhusen

Insgesamt gute aber verbessungsfähige Wohnung Dank des super engagierten Betreuers vor Ort konnten einige Mängel beseitigt werden. Allerdings müsste die ausziehbare Couch im dritten Schlafzimmer dringend ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem fehlen Schränke in den Schlafzimmern und eine ausreichende Garderobe für sechs Personen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr unbequemen Betten und vielen Zusatzkosten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ich würde aber nicht länger als ein paar Tage dort bleiben, weil wir die Betten ziemlich unbequem fanden. Außerdem fallen viele Zusatzkosten an, so etwa eine "Aufbettungspauschale" von 10€/Nacht ab der vierten Person, die für mich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht transparent waren. Darüber hinaus Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher... Es ist zwar kein Hotel, aber ich fand den Preisunterschied zur anfänglichen Buchung am Ende ziemlich happig. Auch die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war zwar von den Flächen her okay, es gab aber eine starke Geruchsentwicklung durch Essensreste im Sieb des Geschirrspülers und aus dem Abfluss von einer der Duschen. Beides hätte man meiner Meinung nach vor unserer Ankunft prüfen sollen. Dafür war aber der Objektservice auch an Weihnachten gut zu erreichen und uns wurde bei den kleinen Problemen des Alltags direkt geholfen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, nur das Label "Premium" würde ich dem Objekt aufgrund der kleinen Ärgernisse noch nicht verleihen.
