The “Birkeneck” house is located about 300 metres from the beach and the town centre. There you’ll find various shopping options and numerous cafés and restaurants that invite you to linger.

The cosy holiday apartment features a spacious living room with a large window and access to the balcony, furnished with a sofa set (three-seater, two-seater, and armchair), a coffee table, a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, a floor lamp and a reading lamp, a corner table with a radio/CD player, and a dining table with six chairs. A free high chair and a cot are available in the apartment for small children.

The kitchen is equipped with tall cabinets, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a large freezer compartment, an oven, and a glass-ceramic cooktop. In addition to the standard amenities for 7 people, the apartment includes a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an egg cooker.

One bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, reading lamps, and a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror. This room opens onto a second small balcony.

Another bedroom also has two beds that can be used as single beds or as a double bed. There are also two nightstands and a wardrobe with a mirror.

The children’s room has two single beds and a cot, as well as a small closet for clothes and toys.

For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
