es könnte ein sehr schönes Objekt sein bzw. werden....

...wenn der Besitzer etwas mehr Liebe und Pflege investieren würde. Das Haus war vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden. Der Carport war uns nicht zugänglich, stand mit allerhand Gerümpel voll, der Rasen wurde lange nicht mehr gemäht, in der Küche fehlten so einige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Leider war auch keine TV-Empfang möglich, lediglich über Chromecast wäre das Streamen möglich. Im Bad/Dusche sind an den Wänden keine Fliesen, die wasserfeste Tapete zeigte meiner Meinung nach schon leichte Schimmelflecken. Es gab keinerlei Willkommensschreiben, keinerlei Möglichkeiten den Zählerstand zur Abrechnung zu dokumentieren. Diese Eindrücke sind subjektiv, aber die bisherigen Bewertungen scheinen sich zu bestätigen.
