This spacious retreat sleeps up to 10 and features a large private balcony, open living area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Resort style amenities include a heated indoor pool, beach front outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and more.

Unit 304 is professionally decorated in a relaxed coastal style and ideally situated on the third floor, providing convenient views of both the pool and the beach—perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while enjoying the scenery. With multiple sleeping options, this spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The Space

Windward Pointe 304 offers approximately 1,260 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with an open floor plan that blends comfort and coastal charm. The living area features a large sectional sofa and accent chair, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony—creating a bright, inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks for the whole group.
Located on the third floor, this unit offers the perfect balance of accessibility and views. Step out onto the spacious balcony to watch the kids enjoy the pool or take in beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. The balcony is well furnished with a dining table seating six, plus a high-top table with seating for four—ideal for outdoor meals or evening gatherings.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bath with tile walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds
Living Area: Queen-size sleeper sofa

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added comfort and privacy. The guest bathroom features a tile tub/shower combination.

To ensure prompt and thoughtful service, we respond to guest messages during our regular business hours. During this time, our team is available to assist with questions, concerns, or general support related to your stay.

If an urgent or emergency situation arises after hours, please call our office directly. Our after-hours call center will take your information, assess the urgency, and immediately notify our on-call team member, who will reach out to you directly as soon as possible.

This system allows us to provide reliable support when it matters most while maintaining consistent service for all guests.
Parking Information
Parking is not included with the rental. The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site. If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay.

️ Beach Items
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own. For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials.

Starter Supplies Provided
The condo includes a starter supply of the following items:
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Dish rag
Laundry detergent for one load
One dishwasher detergent
One trash bag per trash can
These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies.

Recommended Items to Bring
To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing:
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer.

❄️ Refrigerator Tip
Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover. The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately. Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature.

️ Air Conditioning Guidelines
On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature. Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down. For best performance:
Use ceiling fans
Close blinds during peak sun hours
Keep doors and windows closed
Do not run the A/C with the balcony door open

Driving (Most Common Option)
Driving is the easiest and most flexible way to explore Orange Beach.
Windward Pointe is located directly on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the main east–west coastal road
Most restaurants, shops, marinas, and attractions are within 5–15 minutes
Grocery stores and convenience shops are nearby
Parking is widely available at attractions and dining spots
Tip: During peak season (spring break, summer, holidays), traffic is heaviest from 10am–6pm. Early mornings and evenings are the easiest times to travel.

Biking
Biking is a pleasant option for short distances.
Many roads have wide shoulders suitable for biking
Best for early morning or late afternoon rides
Ideal for casual trips to nearby shops or coffee spots
Note: Helmets are recommended, and biking is not ideal for long distances during midday heat.

Golf Carts
Golf carts are allowed on certain roads in Orange Beach and are popular for short trips.
Must be street-legal and operated by a licensed driver
Best for beach cruising and nearby dining
Check local regulations for permitted routes

Ride Shares & Taxis
