The villa has an enchanting sea view and is located in Premantura. The small tourist town is close to the sea and also near Kamenjak, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms on a total of 400m2. The living room is large and cozy, it is equipped with a pool table. Outside in the garden you have a 40m2 large pool with 8 sundbeds and a lot of space around.

 

No wish remains unfulfilled, this villa simply offers everything you could wish for on vacation.

There is a sandpit for our younger guests and a lot of green area for having fun and playing arround.

The villa is fenced in and guaranteed privacy.

Everything perfect!

Super Villa with a beautiful sea view from each bedroom, fully equipped, heated swimming pool, 2x jacuzzi, sauna, billiards, table tennis, gas grill, very friendly host, explained everything and showed me on the morning, great location, the nearest restaurant is a bakery and a shop 5 minutes on foot, everything open every day including Sundays (stay in April/May), 7 minutes on foot to the landscape park. Dogs are allowed, teenagers are fenced and can run freely. I recommend!!! Nothing

Außen huiii innen pfui

Lage, Meerblick von dachterrasse und Sauna, Fernseher in jedem Zimmer Hygiene!! Gestank aus Dusche im Fitnessraum, Bettwanzen!! in einem Zimmer -> Kinder total zerbissen, Whirlpool wurde Chemie vergessen oder Filter alt, Wasser nach Betrieb grünlich milchig und Gestank! Vermieter hat alles abgestritten, wir waren froh die Kaution zurück zu bekommen hätten aber eine Preisreduktion erwartet was mehr als gerechtfertigt gewesen wäre.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, es tut uns sehr leid das Ihnen der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat, wir möchten auch kurz die Seite von uns als Agentur erklären, wir haben keinerlei Fotos etc.. erhalten "Kinder total zerbissen" laut Eigentümer waren das 2-3 kleine Mückenstiche, sprich ohne Fotos konnten wir als Agentur hier den Eigentümer nicht "zwingen" Geld zurück zu erstatten. Auch beim Wasser hatten wir keine Fotos gehabt, der Eigentümer meinte er hätte das Wasser in dem Whirlpool bzw. in beiden Whirlpools auf Wunsch des Gastes natürlich sofort gewechselt. Was die Chemie betrifft wurde alles gemessen und laut der Pool Firma und laut dem Eigentümer haben die Werte gepasst. Auch nach dem Sie abgereist sind, soll der Eigentümer in der Villa genau in dem Zimmer 3-4 Tage geschlafen haben und es war nicht zerbissen. Auch die Whirlpools haben sehr gut funktioniert. Was das Thema Kaution angeht, ist es ja selbstverständlich das diese rückerstattet wird, Sie haben ja nichts kaputt gemacht, laut uns gab es hier keine Probleme wegen der Kaution. Es tut uns nochmal sehr leid das Ihnen der Aufenthalt in Villa Eligo nicht gefallen hat. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, VISIT ISTRIA
