House simple rules:
1. No smoking/vaping inside
2. No party
3. No shoes inside or at least on furniture
4. No overnight guests that are no on reservation
5. Quiet hours: 10:30pm to 7am

Guests have full access to the entire house except for 2 closets that is serving as a maids closet and the garage

💢There is 1 Ring camera at the front door, 1 Ring exterior camera in the backyard. There are NO cameras INSIDE the house.💢

💢To ensure the highest standards of safety and avoid cross-contamination, we do not provide communal spices or cooking condiments. However, please help yourself to the coffee provided—we hope you enjoy a fresh brew during your stay!💢

💢Note on Linens: To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, all bedding, blankets, and towels are fully rotated and laundered between every stay. As a result, linen colors and patterns may vary from the listing photos based on our current rotation.💢

💢Please note the refrigerator water/ice dispenser is not function at the moment💢

All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, towels, and hair dryers, Q tip and cotton pads

All bedrooms have beddings and throws
Iron and ironing board are in the master bathroom closet

The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen items: pots and pans, mixing bowls, knives block, knives, forks, spoons, Keurig coffee maker, French press coffee maker, ground coffee, Kcups, creamer and sugar. Dishwasher pods, dish soap and handsoap.
