This fully renovated and luxuriously appointed 4-bedroom holiday flat on the ground floor covers an area of 122m² and offers:

- Three bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.
- A hallway and two modern bathrooms with rain showers and hairdryers.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, tasteful furnishings and a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi, guest parking and a terrace are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The flat can accommodate up to 8 people, with 6 beds and 2 sofa beds.

On request, we are happy to provide an extra bed or a cot, as well as a high chair. Please do get in touch with us about this!

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinem Abzug

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Die Bäder und alle Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Der Zugang über den Türcode ist sehr praktisch. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können für den nicht unerheblichen Endreinigungsbetrag. Insbesondere die Pfannen und einige Küchenutensilien waren nicht in Ordnung. Da wäre ein Austausch sehr wünschenswert gewesen. Davon abgesehen ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!
