Zentral gelegen, einfach ausgestattet

Einfach ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles recht klein u. eng. Schlafzimmer hat etwas schmuddeligen Teppichboden u. nur Einzelbetten, die für große Menschen nicht geeignet sind. Küche ohne Geschirrspüler. Herd zum kochen auf 2 Platten gleichzeitig nicht geeignet. Gesamte Wohnung von allen Seiten einsehbar. Geht nur mit geschlossenen Gardinen. Positiv: zentral gelegen zum Strand u. Läden u. günstiger Preis.

Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen. Die Ausstattung wie z.B. Fernseher und Radio funktionierten gut und die Nachbarschaft inklusive Kater Willi fanden wir sehr nett. Allerdings sollte man das Liegen auf harten Matratzen mögen.

Zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung.

Die Wohnung war kalt,da die Heizung nicht richtig ging.Und wenn sie angeht ist es laut.Es sind Schimmel -flecken an der Wand und es war nicht einmal komplett durch gesaugt.Desweiteren funktionierten die Fernbedienungen nicht 😒.

Im großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend!

Ich habe diese Ferienwohnung für meine Mama und ihren Partner für eine Woche im August 2022 gebucht. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und soweit ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir mit 2 Kinder waren wo anders zum gleichen Zeitpunkt untergebracht, daher kam es an 2 Tagen dazu, dass wir auch kurz dort zu Besuch waren und der Vermieter beziehungsweise der Eigentümer ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Sehr unfreundlich, schaut in die Fenster und man hat sogar das Gefühl er schaut ganz genau was, wer, wann macht. Meine Mama hatte sogar das Gefühl, dass er während der Mietdauer in der Wohnung war. Ein wirklich ganz unangenehmer Mensch. Wir waren viel unterwegs, daher waren sie wirklich dann nur noch Nachts zum Schlafen dort, aber das ist ja auch nicht Sinn an einem Urlaub. Wir hatten wirklich schon viele Ferienwohnung aber sowas ist uns noch nie passiert. Die Wohnung ist ok, aber der Eigentümer wirklich schlimm. Ich kann daher diese Unterkunft auf keine Fall weiterempfehlen.
