Die Wohnung lag außerhalb der Riesenanlagen

Pros: Deshalb schätzte ich den Kontakt zu den anliegenden Nachbarn. "Hola, buenos dias, tardes"... Gefreut hat mich die Waschmaschine im Bad, die große Dusche und die große Terrasse. Cons: Die z. T. schlechten Bewertungen: vieles traf überhaupt nicht zu.

Cucarachas y camas muy viejas

En general la esperiencia fue muy mala, desde el primer contacto con la anfitriona que nos dijo que no podíamos entrar al apartamento antes de las 18horas, a darnos mal las indicaciones para llegar y hasta encontrarnos cucarachas de 5/6 cm en la terraza mientras cenábamos. Aunque lo peor fueron las camas, una era una colchoneta y en la otra se clavaban los muelles; y las sábanas eran viejas, de hecho eran fundas de edredón. Nos dejaron una cuna, sin colchón, ¿realmente pretendían que nuestro bebé durmiera en un edredón doblado? Lamentable todo, así que estamos haciendo la pertiente reclamarción con la agencia que lo lleva.

Estimada Laura, muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de dejarnos una reseña. Nos entristece saber que la propiedad no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas. Mencionar que el mapa del anuncio muestra la zona en la que se encuentra la propiedad, pero esto es sólo una guía, y no es exacta. Una vez realizada la reserva, nuestros huéspedes siempre reciben la dirección exacta y las coordenadas GPS para ayudarles a encontrar la ubicación de una manera sencilla.Respecto a su mención sobre las cucarachas, es la primera mención que tenemos de un huésped en relación a esto. Sin embargo, podemos asegurarle que se realiza una limpieza especial de desinfección cada mes, para evitar que aparezcan criaturas indeseables en la propiedad a consecuencia del clima. En cuanto a la comodidad de los colchones, es una cuestión de preferencia personal. Entendemos que algunos huéspedes prefieren los colchones más duros a los más blandos y viceversa, y por desgracia, es imposible satisfacer los gustos de todos nuestros huéspedes. También queremos mencionar que María trajo una cuna para bebé especialmente para su reserva, ya que este servicio no está incluido en la propiedad, sentimos escuchar que esto no fue suficiente para usted, estamos comprometidos a hacer la estancia de nuestros huéspedes más cómoda.Siempre apreciamos las valoraciones que nos dejan, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar nuestros servicios.
