GENERAL AIRBNB REGULATIONS
It is mandatory to read the regulations before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors listed on the platform and notified to the host will be allowed access. For building security and access protocol, it is required to present official identification for each guest and visitor, matching the details provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
4. No parties or walking around the apartment with open alcoholic beverages are allowed.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement will be charged.
6. A charge will be made for towels and/or sheets if they get dirty, whether by makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space may be used.
10. The air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenities regulations must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location indicated by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES REGULATIONS
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host by 11 a.m. on the day prior to using the amenity. It is subject to prior reservation and additional cost, if applicable.
2. The regulations for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violating any point of the regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Couch, rug, and/or mattress stained: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, there will be an additional charge of $1,000).
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement charge of $500 MXN will be applied.
