The Apartment 1 Bedroom with Air Conditioner and WI-FI is located on a hillside with a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the mountains. Early risers can admire the sunrise with its spectacular play of colors from the balcony or the garden. The modernly furnished apartment is located on the groundfloor overlooking the garden and lake and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenitie includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT-TV and air conditioning.

The east balcony of the apartment and the garden (facing north) have a table with chairs and additional 4 deck chairs. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view in the morning while having a delicious breakfast, sunbathing or reading a good book.

Gravedona is a resort that combines lake and mountains in a unique and enchanting natural landscape. Guests can relax on the shores of the lake, visit the ancient streets of the historic center and the villages in the middle of the coast, or hike up the mountains and immerse themselves in the enchanting natural landscape. After 4-8 minutes by car you can reach a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars and food markets. The beautiful beach Spiaggia di Gravedona is only 8 minutes by car (3 km) away. Golf lovers will enjoy the 18-hole Menaggio Cadenabbia Golf Club, which can be reached in 30 minutes (20 km) by car.

Nettes Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Das Apartment befindet sich am Berg, Zufahrt über enge kurvige Straße (Hupen vor Kurven tatsächlich empfehlenswert ;) ). Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Fenster haben Außenrolls, was bei der nachmittäglichen Hitze wirklich hilft. Ansonsten gibt es auch eine Klima, die gut funktioniert. Der eingezäunte Garten ist neben dem Haus, man muss also ein paar Meter aus der Haustüre raus gehen. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles zu finden was man benötigt. Das Bett ist bequem, ein großer Schrank steht auch im Schlafzimmer. Die Vermieterin Barbara ist sehr nett, Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat wunderbar geklappt. Sie hat uns auch mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Pros: De goede ligging met prachtig uitzicht. De airco was welkom tijdens de iets warmere dagen. Cons: Geen negatieve punten. Alles naar wens.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage

Barbara hat einen liebenswerten und herzlichen Empfang vorbereitet und uns wertvolle Insider Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, hat alles, was man braucht, besonders natürlich den unbezahlbaren Blick auf den See, direkt vom Bett aus, und jederzeit vom Balkon aus. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und hilfsbereit. Die Serpentinen- Anfahrt den Berg hoch beherrscht man nach wenigen Tagen auch, einfach wie die Italiener vor jeder unübersichtlichen Kurve mal kurz hupen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den See. Unbedingt empfehlenswert für Wanderer ( auch gute Tour mit Kindern): San Martino, Vall di Mello, ein herrliches Tal, mit Wasserfall. Kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir wurden von Barbara herzlich empfangen und erhielten viele Informationen zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Gegend. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es roch schon beim Betreten nach frischer Wäsche. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß und bietet viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für uns Frauen. Die Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge war fantastisch. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der herrliche Blick beim Aufwachen vom Bett auf den Comer See. Wir habenn uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Appartement nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße auch noch an Barbaras Mama und Papa.
