We’ve stayed at many condos and this falls in our Top 10. The listing was accurate and the location in Regency Towers was excellent, being on the 3rd floor west wing right next to the elevators and stairwell. We often used the stairs to avoid waiting for the elevator, but anytime we needed an elevator it didn’t take long to arrive. Check-in was very easy, there was plenty of staff helping with the process. The condo is spacious and thoughtfully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the sectional was also great. During our stay there was construction noise due to new condos being built nearby and also general maintenance happening on RT property, but it didn’t impact us since we are early risers. The queen bed/bunk room is right next to the a/c which might be difficult for light sleepers. The queen guest room is right by the elevator and our child said sometimes it got loud. We recommend bringing a small fan if sensitive to noise. There's a starter pack of a few dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper. An improvement to this condo would be hand soap in the bathrooms and extra toilet paper. We had to buy these items, as well as extra dishwasher pods because we ran out midweek. Also the bathroom towels are efficiency size, which is easier to wash and dry, but this is the first condo we’ve stayed at where bath towels barely covered you. Dollar General is across the street if you need anything. The area is quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.
