About this property

On Battery Park - Pet Friendly

Apartment 1 occupies the front half of the first and second floors of a Victorian-era building directly facing Battery Park, Lake Champlain, and the Adirondack Mountains beyond. A private entrance and west-facing porch with a two-seat glider are yours for the duration of your stay. Afternoon light fills the space, and south and north-facing windows keep it bright throughout the day. In winter and early spring, lake and mountain views open up fully from the second floor.
The first floor has a galley kitchen, living room, small dining room, and half bath. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a full bath, and views toward the park. The living room pullout sofa accommodates a third couple or additional guests, sleeping up to four total.
The apartment comes fully furnished with linens, and the kitchen is well equipped — coffee maker, grinder, electric kettle, toaster, induction range, pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils. Everything needed for an extended stay is here.
Minimum stay is 30 nights, maximum 90.
