Lage und Umgebung ist super. Vermieter ist nett und freundlich. Das Haus was man auf den Bildern sieht,weicht von der Optik sehr von dem vor Ort ab. Badezimmer im Zimmer unten links ist nicht für sehr große und kräftige Menschen geeignet ziemlich klein.In allen Zimmern fehlen verstau Möglichkeiten( wir waren 7 Personen) das Schlafsofa in der ersten Etage geht leider nicht zum ausziehen. Die Eingangstür und die vom Hintereingang waren sehr schlecht in Schuss ließen sich schlecht verschließen. Die Badtür in der ersten Etage ließ sich nur durch die Verriegelung schließen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet es gibt ein Kochfeld und einen kleinen Opfen. Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt die Sitzecke wurde erneuert und der Sandkasten ist auch super in Schuss. Parkmöglichkeiten bis zu drei Autos auf dem Grundstück möglich. Preis-Leistung ist für die genannten Mangel jetzt nicht so gut. Wir würden dennoch das Haus wieder buchen,da der Standort einfach super ist . Man kommt zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zum Strand. Auch einkaufen geht super zu Fuß in 5 Minuten und durch den Anschluss der Bimmelbahn kann man auch in die Altstadt fahren.
