Our holiday rental is located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin, right next to Lake Sellin. The 11 spacious apartments are modern and furnished with an eye for detail. Who wouldn’t want to end a warm summer day with a cosy barbecue? All apartments feature a sun terrace or a balcony. And if that’s not enough, there’s a barbecue area with a pavilion on the spacious property (covering approximately 2,500 m²) available for free use. For our younger guests, there’s a small playground where they can play and run around. Swinging, climbing, sliding—our little guests will feel right at home here. You can explore numerous nature reserves, endless sandy beaches, steep coastlines, chalk cliffs, picturesque fishing villages, green forests, and meadows on foot, by car, or by bike. The “Rasender Roland” train stop is just a short, convenient 15-minute walk away. You’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options not only in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin but also in neighbouring towns such as the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe (3 km), the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren (8 km), and the Baltic Sea resort of Binz (15 km).Look forward to a holiday in an idyllic location right on Lake Sellin in one of Rügen’s most beautiful and historic towns.<br><br><br><br>House 2, Apartment 12 on Lake Sellin with a balcony:<br><br>This non-smoking apartment, measuring approximately 66 m², features a comfortable floor plan. Located on the ground floor, the duplex holiday apartment No. 12 offers ample space for 2 to 4 adults and 1 child up to 10 years old. The living area features a modern smart TV, a CD player, and a radio. You don’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) even while on holiday—it’s included for you. For your comfort, the living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a sideboard. The furnished balcony (facing east), complete with a parasol and a lounge chair, is accessible from the living area. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and offers a partial view of Lake Sellin. The adjacent kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, and various kitchen utensils. A dining table for 6 people can also be used for a fun game night. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, a wardrobe, and a couch (1.10 m x 1.90 m) that can be used as an extra bed for a child. The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a wardrobe. The naturally lit bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are easily accessible via the stairs, as they are located on the upper level. Shutters and curtains are provided to darken the rooms. All rooms are equipped with storage heaters. A clothes drying rack and cleaning supplies are available for your use. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated for an additional fee. Parking space No. 12 is located directly on the property. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the lockable bike room, subject to availability. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
