To ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for all guests and neighbours, we have strict house rules in place. Violations may result in fines, cancellation of your reservation, and/or reporting to Airbnb.

• No loud music or noise (quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• No disturbing neighbours

SAFETY & CLEANLINESS
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside ($1,000 fine)
• No tampering with cameras, sound detectors, or Wi-Fi equipment
• No unplugging main appliances (TVs, lamps, internet, etc.)
• Unplug small appliances and chargers when not in use
- Keep mesh doors closed if using outdoor space to prevent insects from entering the house

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

- No mail or packages delivered during stay
