Excellent fully furnished house, with private swimming pool, barbecue with sink and granite bench, front and rear lawned garden, coconut palms, native fruit trees and private parking for 3 cars. Ideal for those who love peaceful places but don?t put aside services disposal. Located in a private and safe condominium which offers several options of leisure (cycle paths, cooper sidewalk, sports court and playground). It?s a comfortable 2 floors house with good ventilation, surrounded by verandas (plus 2 balconies on the 2nd floor) permitting up to 8 hammocks. The 2nd floor has 2 en-suites, a bedroom and a large mezzanine. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, water purifier), laundry & butlery, dining room and living room.
Location includes bed linen, towels, hammocks, colour TV with DVD player. Full time maid is available by request.

Férias de verão

Estivemos com nossa família de13 adultos por 7 dias e ficamos bem acomodados. A casa fica em um excelente condomínio, pertinho da praia. Não é necessário carro para chegar na praia. A casa é bem espaçosa, com ar condicionado em todos os quartos, cozinha bem completa e uma excelente piscina. Os funcionários Balbino e Celi são muito atenciosos. Retornaremos com certeza.

Localização muito próxima a praia, condomínio com estrutura perfeita muito bonito. Casa aconchegante e limpa com ar condicionado em todos os quartos e área de lazer top!

Imóvel excelente, aconchegante e confortável próximo a praia. Tem tudo o que é necessário.

Eu e minha família tivemos ótimos momentos nesta casa, muito além do que esperávamos. A equipe e donos da casa foram extremamente solícitos e nos ajudaram em tudo que precisávamos. Não nos faltou absolutamente nada, e a casa e o condomínio têm um astral fabuloso. Voltaremos com certeza se tivermos oportunidade. O condomínio é muito seguro e limpo, com farmácia e mercadinho bem próximos. Tem ponto de táxi na entrada caso você esteja sem carro e precise se deslocar para outros lugares. A casa tem uma varanda em quase toda a sua volta muito aconchegante com redes, sofás, televisão, mesa grande e churrasqueira. A piscina é muito gostosa e bem cuidada, bem como o jardim. São muitos quartos e banheiros que garantem grande comodidade aos hóspedes. A cozinha possui todos os utensílios necessários. Com certeza uma das melhores casas que já aluguei.

Excelente!!

Estivemos neste imóvel no período de 07 a 14 de janeiro de 2019. Excelente casa, quartos todos com ar condicionado, banheiros amplos, área de convivência com churrasqueira, mesa grande que acomodava a turma toda (13 pessoas), várias redes. Bem próxima à praia, dava pra ir caminhando, mesmo com idosos e crianças em nosso grupo. A piscina e a casa muito bem cuidadas pelo Sr Balbino e pela Neusa. Os proprietários muito acessíveis estavam lá em nossa chegada e partida. Com certeza voltaremos. Lilian
