Welcome to your ideal Myrtle Beach getaway - perfect for a sun-filled family vacation or a relaxing off-season golf retreat. This bright and spacious beachfront condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and unbeatable location just steps from the sand. Enjoy easy beach access with no long walks carrying chairs or coolers, and spend your days swimming, building sandcastles, or soaking in the peaceful ocean views.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Elevator available. 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine.



Family room: Access to large balcony via sliding door doors.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 2 queen beds.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Stand up shower.



Bedroom 2: King bed.



Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.



Balcony: Spacious! Overlooks a complex pool.



Pool: The complex has a pool. Open seasonally at HOA discretion.



Beach: Walk out of the community and it's a short stroll over to our beautiful beach.



Other: Playpen, stroller, and pool towels provided.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to the complex pool (when open, seasonally).



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot -2 parking spots. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
