Continuing into the home, you’ll step directly into the open-concept living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The modern kitchen features updated appliances, generous cabinet space, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The living room offers ample seating, a large flat-screen TV with Sonos soundbar, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Two doors provide direct access to the spacious deck, which includes a grill, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a private hot tub; perfect for relaxing after a day of mountain adventure.
Just beyond the living area is a half bathroom for guest use. At the end of the hall, the main level also features the primary suite, offering a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, small seating area, and a spacious walk-in closet. The staircase to the second floor is located beside the living room fireplace and wraps behind it. At the top of the stairs, Guest Bedroom 1 is located to the right and features a king bed, spacious closet, dresser, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Continuing down the hallway, which overlooks the living room below, you’ll find the upstairs den. This comfortable gathering space includes a large sectional, TV with soundbar, and additional storage, creating a perfect place for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Adjacent to the den is a full bathroom serving Guest Bedroom 2, Guest Bedroom 3, and the den. The bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower, with a thoughtful layout that allows privacy; separate doors enclose both the toilet and shower areas.
Behind the den to the left is Guest Bedroom 2, which features a king bed, TV, and a spacious closet. Across the hall is Guest Bedroom 3, the bunk room, which includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a TV, dresser, and a large closet.
