Leider war das Objekt in einem abgewirtschafteten Zustand. Die Klinke der Badtür fiel ständig ab. Das Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht öffnen.Die Lage des Objektes war sehr zentral. Es gab aber keine versprochenen kostenlosen Parkplätze vorm Haus. Der Vermieter hat uns erst kurz vor Ankuft am Zielort über die Schlüsselübergabe informiert. Die Straßenbahn vorm Haus war so laut, dass wir nachts das Fenster schließen mussten. Keine Weiterempfehlung für dieses Objekt.

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt okay. Das Interieur der Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber funktional. An einigen Ecken war es nicht sauber, auch ein Kochtopf war noch sehr klebrig.

Zentrumsnahe Wohnung für ein Städtetrip

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen und in der Küche unseren gemeinsamen Tag in Schwerin Revue passieren lassen. Für ein Wochenende ist diese Wohnung, wenn man dort nur schläft,super. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa vermisst. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos . Auf unsere Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Im allgemeinen eine gute Altbauwohnung für eine Wochenendreise.
