Located right on the ocean of "The Golden Mile" in Myrtle Beach, this spacious two-bedroom condo blends calming earth tones with natural textures and plant-inspired details to create a comfortable and welcoming space for your stay.
The space
This 2 bedroom ocean front unit sleeps up to 8 people. It is located on the north side of the boardwalk area in a quiet and beautiful area in Myrtle Beach. This condo is on the 6th floor of the Beach Colony Resort which has many family friendly amenities!

Dining Room offers large Round dining table with 4 seats and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for plenty of seating
Living Room offers queen size sleeper sofa with an extra mattress for added comfort, 2 chairs, fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku & cable, Wi-Fi, lamps
Primary Bedroom offers balcony access includes a king size bed, dresser, night stands, flat screen tv with Roku for all your streaming apps & cable, balcony access, closet with ample storage and iron & ironing board.
Primary Ensuite Bathroom is nicely updated with beautiful walk-in tiled shower, hair dryer, hand & bath towels, plant-based shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & lotion and toilet paper (2 rolls) It also has a stackable washer & dryer!
2nd Bedroom has 2 Full size beds, dresser, night stand, TV with Roku for streaming apps & cable
2nd Bathroom is also updated with full shower/bath tub, vanity and mirror lighting, hair dryer, hand & bath towels, plant based shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, lotion, and toilet paper (2 rolls)

Beach Colony Resort is located on North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
NO PETS We love animals but unfortunately the resort does NOT allow pets so please leave your furry friends at home.
NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside the condo, there are designated smoking areas within the complex.
No Parties
Guest access
This condo is all yours to use during your stay. You will have full access to everything (except the locked owners closet) in the condo and balcony.
The morning of your reservation, you will receive the condo unit number and door code to gain entry.
In the condo you will find 2 parking passes to use during your stay to use the parking garage, they are required to be hung in your vehicle to show you are a guest. Unfortunately golf carts, motorcycles and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the parking garage. Parking passes must be left in condo upon checkout.
You will also find key cards in the condo that are needed to access certain amenities like the gym, and indoor pool. Key cards must be left upon checkout as well.
This unit does have a washer and dryer but there is also a laundry room available on the first floor.
