Modern, clean, and fully equipped private studio in central Athens, just 1 minute from Metaxourgeio metro with direct access to the airport, port, and historic center. Metaxourgeio (1 min walk), Monastiraki Square (15 min walk), Plaka (20–25 min walk), Acropolis & Acropolis Museum (35 min walk) or 10 min by metro/ taxi. The apartment offers a comfortable double bed with anatomical mattress, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning (cooling & heating), and a private quiet balcony facing an inner courtyard. The compact kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and a washing machine with dryer is available inside the apartment. I am always available via the app and happy to help with tips, directions, or anything you may need during your stay. My goal is to provide a smooth, comfortable, and well-organized experience for every guest. Metaxourgeio is a central, authentic Athens neighborhood. Like many inner-city areas, it has a local urban character rather than a tourist setting, but it is well connected and very convenient for moving around the city. With the metro just one minute away, guests can easily reach all major sights. Enjoy exploring a true side of Athens.
