• Access to the unit involves a few sets of stairs (approximately 29 steps in total) from the main entrance, ideal for guests comfortable with stair access.
• For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests are asked to step out of the unit while the cleaning is completed.
For guests traveling with little ones, we can arrange:
• Pack ’N Play crib for $40 (one-time fee)
• Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
House Rules
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.
4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
