Our non-smoking holiday home, fully furnished and equipped with two front-door keys, will be handed over to you in good condition and must be treated with care; you are responsible for compensating us for any damage or loss that may occur. Upon departure, the holiday home must be left swept clean and with the kitchen cleaned. If the cleaning effort required significantly exceeds that of a standard final cleaning, we will charge you additional cleaning costs at a rate of 20 EUR per hour. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (by prior arrangement); check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 10 EUR per night. Keys will be handed over in person on-site, by prior arrangement.
