Welcome to this fantastic townhome in Houston. With three spacious bedrooms featuring two queen beds and one king bed, guests enjoy plenty of room to relax. Four bathrooms provide added convenience for families or groups. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to efficient heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a cozy evening, this marvelous space offers a welcoming atmosphere. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Lock all doors and windows, including front & sliding doors
-Turn off all interior and exterior lights, including garage
-Ensure stove and oven are turned off
-Set the air conditioning to 74 degrees
-Wash and put away any used dishes
-Leave beds unmade
-Place all used towels on the bathroom floor
-Return garage/gate remote and extra keys to original place
-Missing items will incur fees
-Ensure the front door is fully closed
-Press and hold the lock button on the keypad
-Double check the door is locked before leavin
