Traumhafter, riesengroßer, gepflegter und eingezäunter Garten mit Affenschaukeln und Teakholzmöbeln (2x hatten wir sogar vom Rehbock Besuch), sehr ruhig und romantisch gelegen, zwischen Kuh- u. Pferdeweiden (Auto allerdings ein Muss), Sauna top, wunderschöner Päärchenurlaub mit unseren 2 Hunden, Matratzen top (sowie Allergikerbettwäsche war selbstverständlich), Küche alles notwendige war vorhanden, sogar mit Starterset, gemütliche Wohnzimmerecke, liebevolle Deko, netter Hausmeister/Gärtner, reibungsloser Ablauf, Super Wlan. Fliegengitter fehlten leider, also ohne Autan wird man im Sommer gnadenlos ausgesaugt und wird des nachts häufig von Mücken umschwirrt, ein Ventilator im Sommer wäre mega, Wackelstühle sollten entsorgt werden, zwecks Unfallgefahr und Klobrille sitzt recht lose und wirkt ziemlich instabil, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen

Ruhige Fewo mit großem Garten

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, schön und komplett eingerichtet. Riesiger Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich hätte mir noch Fliegengitter gewünscht und leider war der Strandkorb nicht vorhanden, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.

Wir würden uns beim nächsten Besuch warmes Wasser in der Dusche wünschen und Fliegen Gitter an einigen Fenstern. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Hunden gewesen. Ein dickes Lob an den eifrigen Hausmeister der das ganze Grundstück so toll versorgte.

Der Kastanienhof liegt ruhig im Grünen an Pferde- sowie Rinderweiden und ist gut gelegen, mittig zwischen Husum und Friedrichstadt. Es gibt zwei überaus großzügige und sehr gut gepflegte Gartenbereiche. Die Wohnung "Sanddorn" im OG des linken Gebäudes ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung (Küchenausstattung, Media, Sitz-Möbel) wurde hochwertig modernisiert. Die Holzeinfassungen sind wunderschön gearbeitet - wirklich etwas Besonderes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) (Auch bei der Buchung hat alles problemlos und prima geklappt.)

Der Kastanienhof liegt sehr ruhig gelegen an einer schmalen Landstraße, ringsherum gibt es nur Wie..

Der Kastanienhof liegt sehr ruhig gelegen an einer schmalen Landstraße, ringsherum gibt es nur Wiesen und Kühe. Der nächste Ort ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich drei Gebäude mit Ferienwohnungen und zwei großen Wiesen und ein Teich. Die Wohnung Sanddorn hat uns gut gefallen, nachdem wir uns an die außergewöhnliche Einrichtung mit viel Holz und Schnitzereien sowie den Alkovenbetten gewöhnt hatten. Die Wohnung war vollständig eingerichtet und bot alles, was man benötigte. Die Sauna war gut, jedoch wäre in dem Saunaraum zusätzlich zu der kalten Schwalldusche eine warme Dusche hilfreich. Vor 1 Jahr gab es einen Eigentümerwechsel. Dies hat man der Wohnung positiv angemerkt. Es wurde an der Ausstattung vieles erneuert. Die neuen Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, alles wieder auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Sie haben auf Nachfragen direkt reagiert und z. B. das Saunazubehör sofort ausgetauscht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Substanz, jedoch sollte noch der Teppichboden erneuert werden, da dieser einfach nur alt ist. Die vorherige Besitzerin hat offensichtlich nichts mehr investiert und die neuen Eigentümer modernisieren nun nach und nach die Ferienwohnungen und pflegen wieder das Grundstück. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und wir sind gespannt, wie sich dies in den nächsten Jahren weiter verbessern wird.
