This neighborhood is amazing in being both close to multiple parks and the Edmonds waterfront and also most any store/grocery you could want to access! The house is on a quiet, peaceful dead-end street across from the green of a golf course while being just minutes from schools, hospitals, public transportation, groceries, restaurants, and more. It’s a fantastic place to live & work.
