Der zentrale Lebensraum ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche ist integriert und verfügt über einen 3 Platten Herd, einen hohen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffee Nespresso Maschine, Spülmaschine sowie Geschirr und Kochtöpfe. Ein großer Edelstahltisch lädt zum Arbeiten ein. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.

Wir hatten angesichts Ihres Aufenthaltes festgestellt, dass Sie drei weiteren Gästen Zugang zu unserem Apartment A gewährten, welche sich durchgängig in dem an Sie vermieteten Apartment bis zum nächsten Morgen aufhielten.
Dies bestätigten Sie auf Nachfrage.
Da das Apartment über das Portal fewo-direkt.de an Sie für eine einzelne Person vermietet wurde, stellt Ihr Verhalten weiteren Personen ohne unser Einverständnis Zugang zu gewähren, ein schwerwiegenden Verstoss gegen den geschlossenen Beherbergungsvertrag dar.
Sie hatten für eine Person 80,25 Euro bezahlt, abzüglich 8,41 Euro Vermittlugngsebühren an fewo-direkt bleiben uns hier gerade einmal 15 Euro pro Person.
Wir untersagen explizit Parties in unseren Apartments.
Das Apartment A ist darüber hinaus überhaupt auch nur nach Voranmeldung lediglich für die Verwendung von 2 Erwachsenen und maximal einem Kind geeignet. War also komplett durch Sie eigenmächtig überbelegt worden.
Uns obliegt es feuerpolizeiliche Bestimmungen hinsichtlich der Maximalbelegung einzuhalten.
Deshalb ist Ihr Verhalten grob fahrlässig und wir haben Ihnen deshalb HAUSVERBOT erteilt.
Ihre Schlechtbewertung ist deshalb einzig und alleine als Retourkutsche Ihrerseits zu verstehen. Sie erkennen darüber hinaus Ihren Fehler nicht an.
Desweiteren haben sich andere Gäste bei uns am 25.1.2025 beschwert, welche Ihre Gäste um 22:38 Uhr in Fetischkleidung im Hausflur antrafen und hierüber befremdet waren.
