Hohenzollern Castle 13 - very close to the beach

This small, high-end apartment is located on the ground floor of the historic Villa Schloss Hohenzollern, right in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The renovation in 2021 was carried out with great attention to detail, so that the 27-square-meter apartment now shines with a fresh, modern look. The one-room apartment features an open-concept layout and includes a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a wardrobe, adjacent to which is the kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily use, including a coffee maker, microwave, two-burner ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. The glass-enclosed loggia serves as the living area and is separated from the bedroom by French doors. Here, you can unwind in the evenings while enjoying the view of the promenade. A child can sleep on the couch as a third guest. The Baltic Sea is so close that you can hear the sound of the waves. The dining table, small refrigerator, couch, and TV are located in the loggia. The furniture and shelves were custom-made by a carpenter and are of particularly high quality. The interior bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided.

You can use the house’s Wi-Fi network free of charge. You can park your car about 100 metres away—at Goethestraße 29—in the courtyard. Please note: the driveway is very narrow.
